• Custom‑made, personalized, or final‑sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Step 2 – Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item(s) in the original box or a sturdy alternative. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and attach a copy of the original invoice.

Step 3 – Ship the Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

• Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, except when the return is a result of our error.
